It is here that we have our head office, reception rooms, coffin and casket showroom, service Chapel, Chapels of rest, garaging for our fleet of Daimler Hearses and limousines and ancillary areas housing workshops, coffin store and other departments essential to our profession. Our Reigate office is situated in Bell Street, opposite the Priory car park. A memorial showroom is incorporated. W. A. Truelove has been a family owned and run firm since its inception in 1885. Starting at Alma Cottage, Vernon Road, Sutton, the founder, Walter Andrew and his wife Annie, built up the funeral directing and monumental masonry business which is now a well-established and respected name in the country. The family tradition continues to this day, with Simon and David Truelove now overseeing the firm's growth to ensure that the name of Truelove continues to serve the local community for many generations to come. Reigate is the newest of our branches, opened on 1st November 2010. It fulfils our ambition to be able to offer local facilities to all of the residents of the Borough of Reigate and Banstead, rather than just Banstead alone. It is managed by Penny Payne.
